Dr Davies qualified in Cardiff and joined the Practice in May 1996. She was born and brought up in the Pontypridd area and attended the local grammar school. Her heart was always in General Practice and she has worked in Pontypridd since 1980.

Her main interests are gynaecology, diabetes, mental health and rheumatology. She is a member of the Local Medical Committee and is the G.P. representative for Child Protection in Rhondda Cynon Taff. She is also a G.P. representative on the Local Health Board Out of Hours Committee and the Rhondda Cynon Taff Mental Health Joint Planning Group.
