This surgery operates an appointment system. To make an appointment please telephone 01443 480521.

In general, Surgery appointments will be available between the hours 08.30 to 11.00 for mornings and 16.00 to 18.00 for evenings. Appointments can be booked 14 days in advance and each appointment will be for 10 minutes. Patients with multiple problems may be asked to make another appointment so please tell the doctor of your most important illness first.

We appreciate that unforeseen problems may arise and appointments may have to be altered. We ask for your patience if this happens, even doctors can be ill.

Nurse/Health Care Assistant

Nurses appointments are available every morning and every afternoon except Thursday afternoon when the surgery is closed.

Please note that if you are late arriving for Nurse, patients who are on time may be seen before you.

Patients failing to keep their appointments and not informing the surgery can cause problems and waste valuable appointment time.
